Chapter Ⅰ General Provisions

Article 1. Name
The name of organization shall be called "Intellectual Property Left \'IPLeft\'".

Article 2 Purpose
The purpose of IPLeft is to examine the existing intellecual property regimes and to make alternative system that all the people can have equitable access to knowledge and culture.
